Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and are due on the date agreed upon at purchase. Cancellation Process: Once cancellation is requested, we will process it within two business days, and the subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.

For physical products, shipping fees will be added to your order total at checkout unless otherwise stated. Fractl Group uses commercially reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly but cannot guarantee delivery timelines due to third-party logistics. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Shipping Delays: If a shipment is delayed, we will contact you via the email provided with your order. You may cancel your order if you do not wish to wait for delayed items, and a full refund will be provided.

Any testimonials, reviews, photos, videos, or similar content submitted by users may be used by Fractl Group for promotional purposes. By submitting such content, you grant Fractl Group a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and modify this content across various media. Fractl Group reserves the right to edit or reject content that does not meet our standards.
You agree to comply with all relevant local and international laws, including advertising regulations, consumer protection laws, and data privacy requirements. Violation of these laws may result in account suspension and potential legal consequences.
